John and Clare are highly qualified chefs that have the skills and are fully equipped to cater for weddings, christenings, funerals, civil ceremonies, private parties and anniversaries.
John has 30 years  experience in catering for functions such as event catering, corporate hospitality, dinner parties, business lunches and also prepared, cooked and serve a variety of foods such as hot and cold buffets, canapés, dinners, barbecues, hog roasts, cakes and buns.

We take pride in the fact that where ever possible we make our own products. We make our own pastries such as puff pastry, sugar pastry, shortcrust pastry, and choux pastry all with best butter. We also make our own crispy hot water crust pastry for our homemade pork pies with our secret seasoning.

All our menus come with the option of the food to be served with vintage crockery our plain white Royal Doulton crockery.
