Whole shoulders of pork coated in American mustard and honey with a spicy Cajun 

rub cooked slowly for 12 hours pulled and served in a breadcake


10oz of butt pulled texas pork, sweetcorn fritter and fiery onions

 in a bread cake £12 per person



Louisiana smoked pulled brisket

Whole brisket rubbed with cracked pepper and salt smoked and cooked for short for 12 hours

served with our very own Johnnie Reggie Sauce




10oz pulled brisket beef and caramelised onions served in a breadcake
